Administrative

Administrative positions perform clerical duties in nearly every industry. These duties include tasks related to managing a business. Involve responsibilities such as filing paperwork, meeting with internal and external participants, presenting important information, developing processes, answering employee questions and more. This generally includes answering phones, and maintaining files. May also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.

Maintenance/Labor

Maintenance workers Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building textures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Performs other related duties as assigned. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance. Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs

Retail/Sales

Primary duties of Retail Sales is to promote a company's products or services through exceptional customer service. They welcome customers, serves customers by helping them select products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience Drives sales through positive customer engagement, increase sales through suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers' questions. An exceptional retail salesperson should understand the buyer, establish trust with the buyer, and should always be helping.

Health Care

Healthcare workers include physicians, nurses, emergency medical personnel, dental professionals and students, medical and nursing students, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, hospital volunteers, and administrative staff. A healthcare worker is one who delivers compassionate care and services to the sick and injured either directly as doctors or as nurse. Also, indirectly as aides, helpers, laboratory technicians, or even medical waste handlers. Together these health workers, in all their diversity, protect and improve the health of our communities.

Sharesa R. Johnson

Managing Partner of Administration
She is a graduate of the University of Tulsa where she obtained her bachelor’s degree, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Psychology. Sharesa also holds a certificate in African American studies. She completed her internship working with the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club. There she found that it is imperative to start motivating children at an early age. Sharesa has worked in the travel industry for the last 25 years until the pandemic of 2020. Her tenure in the corporate sector has equipped her to work well with all levels of an organization. Sharesa brings with her a wealth of leadership skills enabling her to assist others in achieving their career aspirations. Sharesa has served as a supportive manager and spent time working closely with a staff to foster their development. She thrives on seeing others succeed and realize their talents and dreams. As a result of the pandemic, Sharesa found herself without a job. It brought about a realization of how important it is to have meaningful employment. So much of our self-worth is tied into what we do. However, what seemed to be a loss turned out to be a great blessing. PINQ Staffing has opened up a world of opportunity that has proved to be satisfying beyond compare. She went from needing a job to helping others obtain a job. Her prior experience in her administrative and leadership role has set her up well in her partnership with PINQ Staffing. Nothing is more fulfilling than contributing to the world in such a positive way.

Alice M. Gladney

Managing Partner of Human Resources
As a Social Service representative, she worked with marginalized society to help them obtain resources needed to lead improved lives. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she obtained a BA in Multi-Disciplinary Studies. Alice also holds an Associates in Education from Tulsa Community College. Alice believes it is important individuals be change agents in their communities, it is imperative to make a positive impact on society. Throughout her life she has desired to help marginalized persons with the tools they need to live healthier lives. Alice worked in social services for over 14 years. She has dedicated her life to the plight of others. She has seen the obstacles growing up in a family who struggled financially most of her life, which has given her a firsthand understanding of the difficulties of being a member of a marginalized group. Alice a trained social worker, who has worked directly with the low-income community. She has social service, Bridges Over Poverty, RAD & Tax Credit training.

Tomara L. McHenry

Managing Partner of Recruitment
She has served in ministry with Holy Highway Evangelistic Center for 20+ years. In addition, serving in various roles of leadership throughout those years. She is a graduate of Harvest Time Prayer Ministry Bible College of Intercessory Prayer and holds her Ministerial License as well as an Associates in Liberal Arts with Tulsa Community College. Tomara worked in Health care in the areas of Medical Records and as a Certified Pharmacy Technician managing patient health files. She Collaborated with Physicians, filing records, aiding in audits, and in collecting patient information. She prepared and fulfilled prescription requests while managing inventory and preforming organizational tasks. Tomara also worked in social services through the Tulsa Housing Authority and the Department of Human Services aiding families in need in becoming healthier and happier individuals. She determined eligibility for supplemental benefits as well as, aided displaced families in obtaining safe and affordable housing. She has a passion to reach out to the those who have experienced hardships in life. Her desire is to effect change in the Tulsa area and from there to branch out globally. It is her life’s mission to create a platform for individuals to better themselves.
